Ground Floor
1. Under the stairs behind the Quest Board.
2. In the room right of Quest Board, behind a folding screen.
3. Treasure Hunting Department, above Bao Erye.
4. Treasure Hunting Department, opposite Chest 3, above Ding Dian.
5. Right of chest 4, behind the other board. Under the other stairs near Yang Wuyi.

Upstairs
6. Behind the board in the room with Han Zihui, Long Yihong and Qin the Magus.
7. Behind the partition of the room with Duanmu Cheng and Hai Mingyue.

8. The room with Long Yihong and Qin the Magus. Use Detect near Qin. The chest is at the ceiling with the telescope.
Finding all of these unlocks the Lost Cellar Exploration Mission which completes the Guild Private Property Adventure Story.
