Is this the main quest in the early part of chapter 3? Beat all 3 in the same ball or separate? Can I have more info like ball’s theme etc. Otherwise it’s the generic tips in my reply to Latasha below.

Need to battle all three of them in one ball (Senate Banquet) in order to talk with Barbalius. Color theme is pink

Other than the generic tips (stack items, enchant, get anything you’re missing from draw/exchange/craft/dye, etc.),
1. Grand Duke Bavlenka’s investigation prize is +5% Senate ball matching score (unlock all his info in Info > NPC > Grand Duke Bavlenka)
2. Okay sorry I realised there’s nothing much else I can offer in terms of tips… thankfully, my other acc hasn’t cleared this yet so I cleared it with that acc and here’s what I used if you want a reference.
Btw Nyx didn’t appear and challenge me so it was only Lynna and Barbara for me. Hope this helps!

How do I defeat Lynna for the get the closer outing and it’s white?

1. Primary focus should be on Chic (you can sort clothes by Chic during the dressup).
2. For some sections, there are multiple items you can wear (e.g. for ‘Headwear’ you can wear veil, eye accessory and hat)
3. It’s still confusing how this works but the game did tell us to aim at the character’s weakness (style).

I forgot but he’s mostly found in the slums~ I heard he’s unlock after lvl 45? but im not too sure and when i first found him it seems after a certain part of story mode that he would appear more often.
